Denise is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience across restaurant, retail, hospitality, and residential projects. She has designed and managed hundreds of franchise locations—including Blaze Pizza, Starbucks, 7-Eleven, and Chipotle—and led ground-up residential and multi-family developments with Greystar and R.W. Selby. Skilled in all phases of design, construction and team leadership, Denise takes a holistic approach to ensure projects are practical, visually compelling, and consistently achieve successful outcomes.

Daniel J. Torres is a distinguished architect with over 40 years of experience, licensed in multiple states. As founding principal of Torres Architects, Inc., he has led a wide range of industrial, retail, restaurant, commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects nationwide. Also a licensed General Contractor, Dan provides a unique perspective that is both design-oriented, as well as practical, to every project.
